All credit card orders on The Design Patch are processed on a secure server and information you have provided will never be forwarded to any other individual or company. Shipping
The Design Patch offers price-based shipping due to the variety of the type of products we offer. We have set pricing on shipping for orders below $1000. Above $1000 we shall contact you within 24 hours of placing your order once we contact the vendors for a shipping amount. This allows the customer to receive the fairest shipping amount since $2500 of furniture is shipped differently than $2500 of jewelry. Please feel free to email us with questions.
There is a $5 handling fee added to the shipping cost. Shipping times vary with each vendor and run from two days with in-stock items to 6 weeks. The exception is out-of-stock items where the customer will be emailed the vendors lead time and it has been approved by the customer. Also on very custom pieces such as sofas or furniture made to order. When you place an order, we contact the vendor within 48 hours and their lead-time will be mailed to you immediately for your approval. If a vendor has made a change to an initial lead time due to out-of-stock materials or something beyond anyone's control, the customer will be notified immediately. You can also email us prior to placing an order and we will contact the vendor to find out shipping times and let you know before you order.
We keep prices low by shipping most products directly from vendor to customer but our in-stock inventory is increasing. A few of our vendors have simply exploded. If a company is in such demand, we will keep up with that demand by simply having larger amounts of their inventory at our warehouse, so our customers will not have to wait on out-of-stock items.
It is our goal to keep the site fresh and represent companies that have consistently provided good customer service to our customers. New products will be added as they arrive. We will be emphasizing the companies that we have found exceptional. We will also be adding new vendors that we have recently discovered. Our goal is to have images of the entire line available from the vendor. If there is a vendor that is not featured on our site, please feel free to contact us, as we have unlimited contacts and resources. We simply do not have the space to feature them all.
