Returns
Our returns policy is as follows. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may notify the vendor immediately. All products featured on this website may be returned within 7 days of your receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging material. Any shipping and insurance will be covered by the customer. After 7 days, you will receive a store credit.

The following items do not qualify to be returned for a refund:

• Custom orders - orders that are made to order.
• Used or wired products that have been unpacked unless we were notified within 24 hours of receipt that the product was defective.

Credit card refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your pre-authorized returned product in its original condition. In order to arrange for a return please email us within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the nature of the return. We will email you instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us.
